Quick & Easy Bread Dipping Sauce

This is just one example of a dipping sauce to enjoy with our breads. Change and add flavors to accompany any meal. Be creative, change up the olive oil or balsamic glaze flavors for endless possibilities.

You Will Need:

  • Rustic Coast Pastries Round or Focaccia Bread

  • 1/4 Cup Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 - 2 Tablespoons of Balsamic Glaze (I like Nonna Pia’s)

    OPTIONAL: Add herbs or thinly sliced or chopped garlic

How To Do It:
1. Warm the bread by covering with foil and place in 450 degree oven for about 10 - 15 minutes.
2. While the bread is warming, add the olive oil to a small plate or bowl.
3. Put the herbs or garlic in the oil and allow to sit and infuse for 15 minutes.
4. Drizzle the balsamic vinegar/glaze into the olive oil and swirl around.
5. Dip the bread into the mixture, eat, smile and enjoy.
