Hot Artichoke & Spinach Dip

I created this recipe putting together flavors that I liked resulting in a get together worthy dip. Full of flavors and cheese. Bake and pour into a Rustic Coast Pastries bread bowl. Serve with Rustic Coast Pastries bread, focaccia bread or your favorite crackers.

Artichoke Dip In Bread Bowl

You Will Need:

  • 1 Cup (or more) Artichoke Hearts

  • ½ Cup Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed

  • 8oz Cream Cheese

  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 Can Sliced Water Chestnuts

  • 1 Cup Mayo

  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder & Chopped Garlic (lots of it)

  • 1 Cup (or more) Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:
Chop artichokes, spinach, and water chestnuts into small pieces. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl, mixing with your hands works best. When all is combined, spread into a large baking dish.

Bake 325 degrees until bubbly, approximately 30 minutes.
