Pull-Apart Rustic Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
1 Loaf Rustic Coast Pastries Bread
8 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups (or More) Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella, PepperJack, Cheddar etc)
Optional Spices: Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes, Pepper, Zaatar, etc
Dipping Sauce: Marinara, Pizza, Oil & Vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees

  • Use a sharp bread knife to cut a diamond pattern into the top of the bread. Make sure you don’t cut all the way down thru the bottom crust. The slices should be about an inch wide. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the loaf on top of the parchment paper

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and spices. Remove from heat, pour the melted butter over and all into the cracks of the bread. Fill the cracks with shredded cheese

  • Cover with foil

  • Bake for 30 minutes covered. After 30 minutes, remove the cover and bake an additional 10 minutes to brown

  • Dig in, dip and enjoy!

    Notes: Don’t be afraid to add things you love or more cheese, more garlic…..and…..? The possibilities are endless!
    Make Ahead: Assemble the bread a day ahead of time and keep it covered in the fridge until you are ready to bake it
