Pull-Apart Rustic Cheese Bread
Bursting with flavors, easy to prepare and customize for your tastebuds
Ingredients:
1 Loaf Rustic Coast Pastries Bread
8 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Tablespoon Garlic
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups (or More) Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella, PepperJack, Cheddar etc)
Optional Spices: Parsley, Italian Seasoning, Red Pepper Flakes, Pepper, Zaatar, etc
Dipping Sauce: Marinara, Pizza, Oil & Vinegar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees
Use a sharp bread knife to cut a diamond pattern into the top of the bread. Make sure you don’t cut all the way down thru the bottom crust. The slices should be about an inch wide. Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the loaf on top of the parchment paper
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and spices. Remove from heat, pour the melted butter over and all into the cracks of the bread. Fill the cracks with shredded cheese
Cover with foil
Bake for 30 minutes covered. After 30 minutes, remove the cover and bake an additional 10 minutes to brown
Dig in, dip and enjoy!
Notes: Don’t be afraid to add things you love or more cheese, more garlic…..and…..? The possibilities are endless!
Make Ahead: Assemble the bread a day ahead of time and keep it covered in the fridge until you are ready to bake it
